What the B Series covers — shell sizes, materials, electrical data and the plug and socket family — in one reference.

TRCONN B Series Push-Pull Connectors: 2–32 Contacts Across Six Shell Sizes

The B Series is the general-purpose indoor line of TRCONN push-pull self-locking connectors. It is the series to reach for when the equipment lives in a cabinet, an instrument enclosure or a machine control panel — protected from wash-down and rain, but exposed to vibration, dust and frequent mating. This page collects the data an engineer needs for a first selection.

Keying

All B Series connectors use a positioning-pin keying system. 0° (code G) is standard; 30° (A), 60° (B), 90° (C), 45° (J) and 155° (F) positions are listed in the catalogue. Specifying different key angles on same-size connectors is the standard way to prevent a wrong-line connection on a crowded panel.

Accessories

The accessory set follows the shell sizes: plug-side and socket-side dust caps, protective sleeves, and D-type cable clamps sized for 3.2 / 4.2 / 5.2 / 6.2 / 7.2 mm cable OD (codes D32 to D72). Cable OD on assemblies runs 2.5–8.2 mm with UV-, hydrolysis- and oil-resistant jackets in black, grey or orange.

Send us the contact count, panel layout and cable spec, and we will return the matching B Series part codes and drawings.
