The B Series TGG straight plug is the core plug of the push-pull self-locking family. A light axial push locks the connection with clear haptic feedback; the link resists vibration and pull-out and only releases when the unlocking sleeve is pulled. No tools are needed, and one hand is enough — which matters in narrow or high-density installation spaces.

How the push-pull lock behaves in service
Mating is a straight push until the lock engages; releasing needs a deliberate pull on the unlocking sleeve, so a cable snag or machine vibration cannot disconnect it on its own. Combined with the 10–2000 Hz, 15 G vibration rating and the 100 G, 6 ms shock rating, this is the mechanism behind the series’ use on equipment where connection stability is critical. The brass, chrome-plated shell and PPS insulator carry the -55 °C to +250 °C working range and the above-144-hour salt spray rating.
Keying prevents mis-mating
Where several same-size connectors sit side by side, a multi-position keying system stops a plug being mated to the wrong socket. The G-type version uses a standard alignment key instead. If your panel mixes multiple connectors of one shell size, say so in the inquiry and we will allocate the keying positions.
Exits and terminations
Straight and 90° elbow cable exits are available, with solder, crimp or PCB pin terminations. Solder and crimp serve cable harness production; PCB pins serve direct board connection. State the combination your build expects.
Where it is used
Typical applications are industrial equipment, medical devices and other installations where connection stability is critical and space is limited. The equipment-side halves are the B Series ZGG push-pull fixed socket and the B Series DHG push-pull floating socket.
Questions buyers ask before ordering
Which shell size and pin count?
Three shell sizes (0B/1B/2B) carry 2–32 pins across the range. Your pin count and cable diameter together decide the shell; we will confirm the exact combination and ordering code from your inquiry.
Is it sealed against water?
The protection class is IP50 — dust-protected, not waterproof. For wash-down or outdoor ports, the waterproof series on this site is the better match; describe your environment in the inquiry and we will point you to the right series.
What should an inquiry include?
The pin count, termination style (solder, crimp or PCB), cable diameter, cable exit direction (straight or 90°), any keying requirement, and your target quantity.
