About TRCONN
A precision connector manufacturer founded in 2014, producing push-pull self-locking circular connectors, waterproof series and machine vision connectors for equipment builders worldwide.
Inspection & test laboratoryCompany profile
TRCONN is a connector brand built around one mechanical idea: the push-pull self-locking latch. Founded in 2014, the company set out to make this locking principle dependable in the places equipment builders need it most β machines, cameras, instruments and installations where a connection that works loose is a connection that fails.
The TRCONN range grew from that focus. B Series push-pull self-locking connectors, S Series multi-core and coaxial connectors, F Series high-sealing connectors, K Series rigid waterproof connectors, T Series micro waterproof connectors, W Series underwater high-pressure connectors, P Series plastic push-pull connectors and HR Series machine vision connectors, together with industrial RJ45 network components, all share the same engineering logic: match shell size, pin count and sealing level directly to the application, with configurations from 2 to 32 pins, sealing from IP50 to IP68 and a latch rated for more than 5,000 mating cycles.
Every TRCONN connector is assembled and verified on the same site where it is designed. Contacts and finished assemblies are checked for electrical and mechanical performance in the company's own inspection and test laboratory, so sealing, mating and contact reliability are confirmed before a series leaves the factory β not after it arrives at the customer.
Today TRCONN serves industrial automation, machine vision, medical equipment, test and measurement instruments, and underwater and marine applications. Send a drawing or a technical requirement to [email protected] to discuss series selection, pin layout and sealing level, and receive a quotation for your application.
Our story
TRCONN started in 2014 with a narrow but demanding brief: not a family of general-purpose connectors, but one locking principle β the push-pull self-locking latch β made dependable for equipment that cannot tolerate a loose connection.
That focus shaped the product range. Instead of spreading across unrelated connector types, TRCONN refined shell sizes, pin counts and sealing levels around the same latch: metal and plastic shells, 2 to 32 pins, IP50 to IP68 sealing and more than 5,000 mating cycles, so an engineer can move between series without relearning the interface.
The same focus shapes the factory. Connectors are assembled and verified on one site: contacts and finished assemblies are checked for electrical and mechanical performance in our own inspection and test laboratory, and a series only ships after sealing, mating and contact reliability are confirmed in-house.
Manufacturing
Assembly and verification under one roof β from components to tested, ready-to-ship connectors.
01Connectors are assembled on site with controlled positioning, so every shell, insulator and contact lands exactly where the design intends.
02O-rings, seals and cable glands are fitted per series configuration, covering IP50 through IP68 sealing levels and solder, crimp and PCB terminations.
03Contacts and finished assemblies are checked for electrical and mechanical performance in our own inspection and test laboratory.
04A series leaves the factory only after sealing, mating and contact reliability are confirmed in-house β checked where it is built, not after it arrives.
Why TRCONN
Four commitments that shape how every TRCONN order is handled.
Evaluate the latch, sealing and finish on your own equipment before you commit β samples are available free of charge for project review.
Send a drawing or a pin layout and we build the harness to match β cable type, length, termination and sealing level configured to your equipment.
Connectors come straight from the TRCONN production site, so specifications and accountability stay in one place from quotation to shipment.
Standard series are produced and verified in-house, which keeps production lead times short and delivery dates predictable.
