Plastic Floating Socket with Color Coding
The P Series PRG socket floats axially inside its polycarbonate body so the contact block aligns with the mating PAG plug despite panel offset. The rear nut is color-coded to distinguish it from the plug tail nut, part of the P Series color system that prevents mismating between adjacent circuits. Shell sizes 1P to 3P carry multi-core, coaxial and fluid layouts.
Key features
- Floating contact block absorbs panel misalignment
- Color-coded nut for circuit identification
- 1P / 2P / 3P shell sizes, multi-core and coaxial layouts
- PC shell, PPS insulator, brass gold-plated contacts
- > 2,000 mating cycles, -25 °C to +150 °C
