Multi-Core Straight Plug with Mixed Layouts
The multi-core TFA plug is the workhorse of the S Series. Its stepped insulator accepts power, signal and coaxial contacts side by side — for example 1 power contact plus a coaxial contact, or 2 to 24 signal pins — so a single connector can carry the mixed harness of an instrument. Shell sizes run 00S to 4S, each with its own contact count and current rating in the S Series electrical tables.
